SectorFlow provides rules-based market information, model portfolios, educational signals, benchmark comparisons, and related commentary. SectorFlow is an informational product, not a financial advisory service. SectorFlow does not act as your financial advisor, investment adviser, broker, custodian, portfolio manager, tax adviser, or fiduciary.

Taxes, brokerage costs, spreads, slippage, and market losses are not included in subscription prices.
SectorFlow branding, site content, templates, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the service for your own internal informational purposes, subject to these terms.
SectorFlow may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, timeliness, completeness, or error-free operation.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. SectorFlow does not guarantee profitability, performance, execution quality, market access, suitability, or any specific financial outcome. You must not rely on SectorFlow as a substitute for regulated financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages is excluded.
You may stop using the service at any time. SectorFlow may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, payment, legal, or operational reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
